C/ Java/ Python Software Engineer (Servers) – San Francisco/ UK

Get your big break in major communications development as a C/ Java/ Python software engineer working in the design and development of code, focusing on the server-side code on a massive ground breaking project.

We’re looking for software engineers with top academics, who are experienced in 2 of C/ Python or Java, You will also have worked on web deployments in the past – additionally some experience of scalable web frameworks/ Amazon EC2 deployments/ comet (long-polling) and SQL are not essential but advantageous. You will be an enthusiastic team player with a passion for your work, and an interest in server-side technologies.

This role offers the chance, following a short initial period in the UK, to work in the San Francisco Bay area, working for a hugely successful multi-national telecommunications firm. You will be responsible for development within a dedicated team, working for a firm that has an unchallenged reputation for treating its employees exceptionally.

This role is open from exceptional graduates right up to senior level.

Position: Software Engineer

Location: San Francisco (similar position also available in the UK)

Salary: Equiv to £30-60k + benefits
