Graduate Software Engineer / Post Graduate Developer - C++

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or a Software Engineer with a few years experience. You’ll be part of the software engineering team working on diverse projects including application development for pattern recognition, machine vision and image processing! The Software Engineer will develop PC applications in C++ (MFC, WPF) with the opportunity to work with C# and Silverlight! You’ll be researching and solving problems, developing algorithms in a friendly and supportive team of Software Engineers helping you develop new skills. The ideal Software Engineer will have excellent C++ programming with top academics and a strong mathematical background. The company are based in modern offices with a large Research and Design team working on a variety of projects including algorithm research, business software development to embedded DSP programming! The Software Engineer is entitled to a salary to £35k + excellent benefits making this an opportunity not to be missed!

Primary responsibilities include developing software in C++ (MFC, WPF), also C# and Silverlight, for image processing, machine vision and pattern recognition.

The successful Software Engineer will need excellent academics: minimum A Levels (BBB) and a 2:1 in Software Engineering or equivalent degree. You’ll also have excellent C++ programming, either as part of a final year project or commercial experience.
