Graduate Communications Design Engineer

Rather than being pigeon holed in a certain area of development this company prefer their engineers to be involved from initial algorithm design right through to platform implementation. You’ll begin by developing your designs in Matlab, then proving the algorithms and mapping the designs to the company’s own hardware architecture in C and a specialist assembler.

Suitable graduate design engineers will have a good knowledge of at least one programming language (assembler, C or C++ ideal), a good grasp of communication systems at the PHY level and appropriate processing techniques for equalisation , demodulation and error correction. We are particularly keen to hear from graduates with an MSc in Communications and Signal Processing or similar.

Unfortunately the company are not able to consider graduates holding a post study work visa for this position.
