We are looking for multiple Software Test Engineers to join a globally successful technology company offering career development into managerial roles, a salary to £55k, plus benefits including a 20% bonus, free lunches, flexi-time and more! As a Software Test Engineer you will have a strong test automation background with fluent programming in at least one language (Python, C, C++ or Perl preferred). You’ll join a dynamic team of Software Test Engineers creating a test infrastructure, executing software test scripts and plans and working closely with Senior Software Developers to verify fixes. This is a job which presents you, as a Software Test Engineer, opportunity to develop test automation skills, explore emerging technologies and move into a Test Team Lead or a managerial position!

Ideal Software Test Engineers will have:

-Software testing expertise
-Programming fluency in Python, C, C++ or Perl (although other programming languages will be considered)
-Networking, embedded software or Linux are highly desirable

Software Test Engineer desirables include automation, network infrastructure, HTTP, TCP/IP, Linux, communication protocols, UDP, cloud computing, AJAX, Unix, embedded software, GUI test automation

On a day to day basis, you’ll work with a smaller team of Software Test Engineers responsible for all aspects of software test development, from test infrastructure, executing software test scripts, bug fixing and communication with Senior Software Developers to ensure software fixes have been made.
