Senior Software Engineer – Processors £40-55k

Working in small team who provide the processor core and various development tools for a DSP used in a range of chips mostly targeted at GPS and Audio applications. As a Senior Software Engineer you will work in numerous areas including:
- Development of an instruction set simulator
- Enhancement of an existing debugger
- Creation of development tools such as profilers, command line debuggers, code coverage (C, Matlab, Python)
- Support to other software development teams (internal and external)
- Processor Hardware Design improvements
- Research work e.g. prototyping of hardware/software

The position would suit a Senior Software Engineer with outstanding problem solving ability and an interest in low level software / hardware.
