Embedded Software Engineer – Streaming Media
Embedded Software Engineer position mainly focusing on DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) related features for an established range of consumer audio electronics. The position will be within a growing team, immersed in real-time product development, delivering high quality and robust solutions against a novel and aggressive consumer product roadmap. Suitable embedded software engineers will have strong C or C++ skills, exposure to Linux and GNU toolchains and some networking or ideally streaming protocol knowledge.
The team is currently made up of 6 software engineers who are to a certain extent multi-discipline (they are not pigeon holed as web or embedded engineers) and most of them get excited about audio and video based technology! The company is predominantly made up of engineers and has a number of other software teams.
This team also have a vacancy for a graduate software engineer with similar interests.
Position: Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Hertfordshire – easy commute from London Euston (they are 1m walk from the station)
Salary: £25-35k.
